Ruchita Shah: Hi, I'm Ruchita Shah As a product marketeer I'm very passionate about user and competitor research. I helped cross functional teams make more data driven decisions and have been working in SaaS tech space for about five years now.
What will you be discussing at Product Marketing Summit Las Vegas?
Ruchita Shah: I will be discussing how to understand our users pain points besides the traditional methods of win loss interviews and taking all that information to enable our internal teams with tools to drive business forward.
What other sessions are you looking forward to watching at the summit?
Ruchita Shah: I'm really looking forward to attending the persona study insight talk by Ali, this is gonna be so exciting to learn new things about personas as we are entering new markets.
If you could share one piece of advice to product marketers who are just starting out, what would it be?
Ruchita Shah: One piece of advice would be take time to build relations with internal teams, even if you don't have any active projects with them. PMM is such a powerful role in order to build trust, invest your time in building those relationships.
