How did you find your way to your current role at Power Bespoke?
Perry Power: So I found my way to my current role at bespoke by founding the business in 2013, launched formally January 2014 and here we are today.
Could you share a few details about the favourite part of being part of the Power Bespoke Team?
Perry Power: So my favorite part of power bespoke? This is a tricky one as there are 3 main reasons why I love being part of our bespoke. The first one is undoubtedly the team, an incredible small group of remarkable people with one goal and that's to enable more people to move on to the next chapter of their life and give them an amazing experience in the process. 2nd has to be the culture of high performance, high achieving, always improving. Um, go getting Nothing is unachievable, No such word as impossible. Um, and the third thing has got a bit of tech that we use to enable our team to be more productive, give better client service and basically generally remarkable.
What stands out to you about the culture at Power Bespoke?
Perry Power: So the culture is a really interesting topic because while trying to build power bespoke. I always had a vision of having a really connected culture of high performance, high achieving. It's all about the client experience. But also by giving people a sense of autonomy, they're they're they're self achieving. So it's all on the person. Ultimately with power bespoke, It's 50 50 relationship is It's a 50 50 partnership. So by having strict brand standards which are agreed on with all the team, but also having the freedom to make mistakes and take risks and all that kind of thing. So yeah, love, love the culture.
