Tell us about your recruiter. Example: did they ask questions to understand what type of job was a good fit?
Anthony: The recruiter I had when I first started with Pace was very helpful and understanding. Um, they actually got all my information down. Um, They picked a very good client that I'm able to work for. Um, The client actually understood my schedule. He was very helpful and actually he gave me a really good schedule that works perfect with my time being able to actually go to work and still be able to pick up my daughter from school as well.
Could you share a few details about the favorite part of the process of working with your Pace recruiter?
Anthony: My favorite, my favorite part of the process was actually being able to talk to someone that understood your situation, understood what you were looking for, actually being very helpful and placing you at the best possible job that works best with your schedule and what you were actually looking for. So he understood everything that I needed, um the actual kind of job I was looking for and my qualifications for that job.
What stands out to you about the overall communication with your recruiter and the job you are in now?
Anthony: The thing that stands out the most to me is that the recruiter is with you every step of the way. Um He's been very helpful. He's actually called me a few times while I've been on the on assignment to make sure the job was going good and that I didn't have any problems with the job or anything beyond my control. He's been there been helpful, He's been texting me and calling me to make sure everything is going good. So just that the recruiter is very helpful. Um they actually give you their name and their number. So if you have any questions or any concerns, you can always call them.
