Alina Lovitskaya: My name is Alina Lovitskaya. I'm located in Dusseldorf, Germany and I'm currently committed to the role of Junior Ad Operations Manager.
Artur Portella: Hi, my name is Arthur. I'm based in Sao Paulo, Brazil and I work in the Support team as a Customer Support Specialist.
Arjun Garg: Hello everyone. My name is Arjun Garg and I work at Equativ in Paris. I am a Product manager for the programmatic pipeline scope and I work on the SSP product of Equativ.
Do you believe Equativ to be a collaborative environment to work in? How so?

In what ways does Equativ foster new ideas?
Alina Lovitskaya: The first thing which comes to my mind in terms of fostering new ideas is of course, Innovativ Days. That's a 48-hour internal competition, which takes place every year where basically everybody at Equativ gets the chance to build a team, develop a new innovative idea together and then pitch it to the juries and the whole company, the winners later on get the prizes and the chance to be added to the roadmap. I was a part of Innovativ Days last year in June 2023 where my team and I were working on a sustainability project. We got to hear so many creative ideas and ways to implement them that was truly unforgettable and very inspiring.
Is it often that you see innovative and new ways of doing things implemented in your work environment?
Arjun Garg: The adtech industry is constantly changing, constantly evolving with new regulations coming across the globe, with new ways of delivering ads with new ads that are coming into the picture and with different ways on how different ad tech players communicate and collaborate. Equativ has been at the forefront of this innovation. We have been extremely proactive in serving our customers by providing them with the latest and the best suited products and services for this time. We have constantly been working hard to even improve our internal processes on how we collaborate, on how we take in feedback, on how we evaluate those new ideas and deliver them to our customers in helping them achieve their goals to even promote
