Please introduce yourself and tell us about the project you recently partnered with Yellowball on
Isabella McGuire Mayes: Hello, I'm Isabella and I've partnered with Yellowball on completely relaunching my brand and my website starting from scratch and building a brand new beautiful website. So far, the customer service and the innovation of the team, as well as the relationship I've had with the team has just been so professional, so organised and just very reassuring because moving to a completely new team of developers and design people and starting from scratch with my website was a risk for me. And so I was really thrilled and reassured with the experience I have had with them so far. And as soon as we started with the project, I immediately just thought, why haven't I done this for so long? And I thought to myself this is worth everything because they've done such an amazing job already. And we've only just started.
Describe your experience of working with Yellowball and the outcomes of our work together
Isabella McGuire Mayes: Obviously, when you're starting a website from scratch, it can be very daunting, but they made so much effort to get to know me, get to know exactly what I wanted, get to know my brand. And what they delivered was just above and beyond. And along with the detailed explanations of what they've done, if I wanted to make any changes, they did. So, in a really timely manner, everything's been given to me on time, on schedule. And so that again is just very relaxing and very reassuring and you just know you're in the best hands possible.
