Tell us who you are and a bit more about the project you recently partnered with Yellowball on
Holly Sherwood: Hi, I'm Holly, the HR operations manager at SHB Real Estate. I have been with the company for 5 years now and I oversee all of our marketing needs. That's everything from branding strategy, social media online presence and the digital side as well. I've also had some involvement in a new company which we have just launched called Pattrn, which is a furniture brokerage and is in its early stages of its life and Yellowball helped us bring it into our world. We partnered with Yellowball two and a half years ago. They have been overseeing our digital piece online. So that's PPC, SEO and Google analytics management. We're a retained client of theirs. But most recently we instructed them to build a website for the new company, Pattrn. I believe we instructed them at the end of last year. And we went live at the start of 2023.
Describe your experience of working with Yellowball.
Holly Sherwood: We've had a really great experience with Yellowball for the last two and a half years they've been nothing but transparent with us, have been super efficient on delivering and really helpful in terms of offering advice in an area that I find a bit of a weakness for me. I've worked with lots of agencies over the last five years and they've definitely offered something that the others haven't. I suppose one of those would be that we have always felt like we're a priority to them. Whenever we're asking for slight amendments or putting in larger project requests, they'll always find a way to to listen to us and to understand what our goals are and why we want to achieve them, what we're trying to achieve. And then obviously setting out a strategy on how we can do that. So they have been extremely transparent with us. They're super imaginative, they're always bringing new ideas to the table. And throughout each project that we've worked on with them, we've been set a timeline that we have to stick to and they've helped us keep in check as well on that front.
Describe your experience of working with Yellowball in three words
Holly Sherwood: If I was to describe my experience with Yellowball I would say that they are a forward thinking company. They are completely transparent and super efficient.
