Tell us who you are and a bit more about the project you recently partnered with Yellowball on
Deborah Menderin: Hi! My name is Deborah Menderin I'm from Lunatiger, which is my psychic, astrology and tarot business. I initially reached out to Yellowball for my website to rebrand and also to get the functionality for the online store part of things. So we had the initial phone call and that was great. Nic explained a few things to me and what I found really refreshing was that he said what I needed to do, what the next steps were but also what I didn't need to do. That was a good thing and I just found that very honest. So I'm glad that I did reach out.
Describe your experience of working with Yellowball and the outcomes of our work together
Deborah Menderin: So my experience of working with Yellowball was I would have to say the word is: refreshing! Everything felt like a well-oiled machine. In terms of direct contact, I dealt with Nic, Jack and Sarah. Obviously there are other people as well – development and other people in the background. Really knowledgeable and very approachable. My vision and my ideas for the website changed a couple of times and they were really accommodating. They were very flexible, and approachable. So if I had questions, they'd get back to me with the answer quickly. They didn't leave me hanging with the question either. They stuck to the schedule. They were very clear about what was needed from me in regards to the timing of the schedule, which was fantastic as well. The outcome is that I have a website that I love! LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! It was relatively painless, which was a good thing. I can't say enough good things about it!
Describe your experience of working with Yellowball in three words
Deborah Menderin: My experience of working with Yellowball in three words would be: enthusiastic, flexible and they go above and beyond. I know that's four words, but I just thought I'd throw an extra one in there! They absolutely do go above and beyond. There were a couple of times that I was actually a little bit surprised about how far out of their way they went in order to deliver what I had in my mind and what I really wanted to incorporate into my website. Good! Good! Good!
