I think when you're thinking about like what is your image of your child and your Children in your school? So in our school, we really believe that kids can do big things as long as we're helping them be real big things so they can make positive change. And so when we think about our plan, we're thinking about how do we value what our kids are bringing both in the process, process and the products that they're creating and making sure that we're recognizing them in the language that we're using. We're recognizing them throughout the day at the end of the day connecting that to our weekly celebrations. Um And as in our school, we use core values and our language is all about the values and those values are connected to um de esa competencies and SCL. So we know we're tracking which positive competencies they're looking at. Um and we track all the positive times they're recognized and then kids receive milestone pins like you do in boy scouts or girl scouts. So if you're recognized during the day for showing courage, you might be somebody that is then recognized and morning program in front of the whole school and you receive a little pin that says courage um or you might get a pin for um working to show community or being, being able to tie your shoe or so it's really thinking about achievement in different ways of both of whole child. And then also the academics and the 21st century learning skills.
