Cheryl McWilliams : Well, my idea is to have an admin assistant that was available to chat similar to what you see for a big box stores, where you log in and someone pops up and says you want to chat. So that would be really helpful because when you are writing the throw of trying to do something and you have to wait for a ticket, it would be great if there was somebody there to help.

Cheryl McWilliams : Holding it right now, so I wish I could make the systems a lot more streamlined for my staff because I can see the frustration when they attempt to hire people than they attempt to get their benefits straight. I just wish that I was able to do more to be like the person who could fix it right then and there.
