Mai-Anh Peterson: Hi, my name is Maya Peterson. I joined Live Person as a strategic program manager in the LP Auto team and also as a fully remote worker. So it was pretty difficult at the beginning to make friends a new company in the traditional sense. So it was through joining Live Persons E. R. G. S and eventually taking a seat on the diversity council that I was able to actually connect with like minded people who share the same passions as me, who were interested in mutual knowledge exchange, in community building and ultimately in employee empowerment.

Mai-Anh Peterson: and ultimately in employee empowerment. So far I feel that life person's approach to D and I under the fantastic inclusion strategy team has been one of humility and of transparency. We are imperfect humans. We don't have all the answers. We are diverse and unique and we're all just willing to put in the hard work to be the change that we want to see in the company.

Mai-Anh Peterson: S connecting with others. A live person. E. R. G is a great way to feel more supported in your job. It's great to forge social bonds with people who may have similar experiences to you. And also we know that Ally Ship is super important. So really we just want to hear from everyone.
