Aaron Finkenzeller: Laika stood out for us because we share many of the same values. We both understand the importance of doing things well the first time around and that building customer trust is of utmost importance. We chose Laika for our SOC 2 journey because of their expert services and easy to use platform. They had all the integrations we needed and the automation just made things way easier. They helped us achieve what we needed to do but they also helped us to learn to think and talk to to understand and adopt the framework as part of how we operate their customer experience team coupled with a guided platform experience set us up for success in more ways than we expected and beyond the audit. Laika helped us with our SOC 2 journey and that has allowed us to build an understanding of their privacy and security regulations of our customers which helps us build trust to work together and grow as a business. We are well on our way to our SOC 2 Type 2 attestation and then on to continuous compliance as we know it because we know that compliance is essential for us to scale As we continue to grow. We are considering adding 27001 to continue to help customers with security in mind the comprehensive compliance program and expert guidance from Laika were able to speak our customers language and build trust no matter the industry
