Speaker: Nellie Watts, Springville Manager, The Fellas Chop Shop
What do you do?
Nellie Watts: Hi, I'm nelly, I am the new manager of the Springville Fellas chop shop. I'm super excited to be a part of this community and learn from everyone and help run a really cool barbershop.
Why Springville or Mapleton?
Nellie Watts: If I was asked why Springville or Mapleton for the location of our barbershop, I would have to say it's because of the community. The people in this community are so loving and so supporting and it still feels like a small town while still being close to everything you need. And the container park where we're at has such a cool vibe and it's exactly the kind of experience that we want to give our clients and we're surrounded by wonderful people that we can learn from.
Why did you join the Chamber and how has it benefitted you?
Nellie Watts: Why I joined the chamber is actually, for multiple reasons. I am still learning so much about leading a shop and um, community marketing, and I have already met such wonderful leaders that can teach me so much and that, um, I can help serve the community with. It's just a really great place for people who want to learn and support and serve, and that's all I want to do, and that's all our shop wants to do, and I'm really excited about it.
