Kelly Hoffman: Hello, this is kelly Hoffman from the N. D. G. Home team and I just wanted to share with you a little bit about why I decided to move to J Poor, I moved to shape or I guess at the beginning of this year and um, I am super happy with my decision. I was at a very large brokerage in Annapolis before this and to say they wouldn't know my name if somebody called for me would be an understatement. So moving to JPAR has been a very different experience. The provide excellent customer service. Um Greg is wonderful. He's a wealth of information, knowledge, great ideas, um, helps you out of a jam. If you get into something you have some strange things come up which in real estate is probably a daily event and um, he has even gone as far as meeting with me to go over some um, you know what do I want out of the business, Why did I become a real estate agent getting to the how and the why of what we do every day and then he agreed to even meet with me a second time to take it down to the nitty gritty I felt like I was putting out fires every day and not getting ahead and not meeting some goals that I had for myself and he took the time to go through and give me some resources and and boy is he the man to go to for resources, the just the folders he has set up for every single transaction you can think of um everything well organized, the training is outstanding. But if you really want to get to know Greg, ask him about time blocking. Um I think it's his favorite topic um and he was willing to share that with me and I really appreciated that. So uh I highly recommend the staff there, Joe Christie. Everybody has been great. The training really, really superb. Um I can't say enough good things. I am very happy at JPAR have a good day.
