What initially led you to choose Indigo State Roofing for your roofing project?
Clarence Lovick: What led me to Indigo State Roofing for my roofing project was um I did some research on the internet. They had a high rated and they had high reviews. I was trying to go, started to go with another roofing company, but it, the process started out shaky. So I decided to go with Indigo State Roofing.
Can you describe your experience working with our team, from the initial consultation to the completion of the project?
Clarence Lovick: The experience I had with Indigo roofing from start to finish was excellent. Um The initial contact uh they was out here within one day to do the inspection. They also filed my paperwork for me to send to an insurance company. Um It was a very pleasant experience and the workers were respectful and they respected my property and I appreciate it.
Were there any specific challenges or concerns you had about your project, and how did our team address them?
Clarence Lovick: Actually, I was concerned about my yard. I do take pride in maintaining my yard and my septic system. However, once I inform uh the project manager of my concerns, they ensured that everything was taken care of by marking my septic tank with flags and all my sprinkler systems and they took uh special care and not getting on the long and I appreciate that as well.
How satisfied are you with the quality of the work and the final results of your roofing project?
Clarence Lovick: Very satisfied with the quality of work and the final results of my roofing project. Uh It is pleasant to the eye. It is very well detailed and I appreciate it. It makes the house look a lot better.
Would you recommend Indigo State Roofing to friends or family? If so, what would you tell them?
Clarence Lovick: As far as recommending Indigo State roofing to friends or family, I definitely would. In fact, I've already recommended them to two associates uh because of the quality of work, the detail, the attention to detail. And like I said, it was just a very easy pro uh process and they were true professionals.
