Wayne Bridge: Hi there, my name is Wayne Bridge and I'm a Client Success Manager here at Ada, based out of Toronto, I've been with Ada since January 2021.
What is the remote culture like at Ada?
Wayne Bridge: The remote culture here at Ada has been great. The onboarding is well structured, helping us get a better understanding of the product, as well as the company, and we also get assigned a buddy, somebody who's more experienced at Ada that we can bounce ideas off of, ask any questions and really provide some clarity in terms of some of the things that we're learning. It's also a very exciting time to be here. We have very ambitious targets, we're shooting for the moon, and because of that, we're all rallying together to really make ourselves the top player in our space
What qualities do people need to be successful here at Ada?
Wayne Bridge: The qualities people need to be successful here at Ada are collaboration, resilience and having fun. We work across a variety of teams and we all do what we can to support each other to ensure our success, being resilient, coming up with creative solutions, building out new processes and themes and all the while, having fun throughout the whole journey and enjoying it and celebrating our wins.
What do you love about working at Ada, and being part of the Client Success team?
Wayne Bridge: I'd say the people is what I really love about working at Ada. Everyone's willing to lend a hand where possible, offer support where needed, really rally around getting things done. I see this day in and day out on our client success team because we're always sharing best practices, new processes with each other, and it's all done to help our clients be successful, but also to generate raving fans.
