In your experience, what are the challenges involved in created video testimonials?
Jeff Irby: In the past, getting a customer testimonial was very challenging. You had to travel to customer sites and set up the meetings. Usually a couple of people went, there was equipment to set up and it took a lot of time. Then you'd have to have a professional edit it down and get it ready to use or post in whatever medium you needed. Jeff Irby: We plan to use the videos in three different ways. We're going use it to promote our customer testimonials through various mediums. We're going to capture employee testimonials to help us with our recruiting. We're going to distribute information to our partners to help them understand our business and use this dynamic medium to engage with them.
