What are the main ways your organization uses testimonial videos from customers, employees or experts?

Brad Kugler: So we use testimonial videos lots of ways including employee recruiting, customer testimonials and internal executive communications. We do a pre-interview on prospective employees. We get testimonial videos from customers. We also use it to send messages to employees from myself or other execs on some event or some coordinated action the company is doing. We've used it in more ways than you guys have even prescribed. And we keep finding new ways to use it.

What’s the ROI of customer testimonial videos, and how do you measure it?

Brad Kugler: Customer testimonials, have the highest ROI because they are social proof. They can also be used in a lot of non-selling type promotions. I'm talking about social media posts, content, they could even be used after the prospecting period as a closer for for prospects that are right there and they just need some of that social proof to put them over the edge. So there's definitely ROI for customer testimonial videos. This is a real person talking about the benefits of your company, the benefits of your product, and how good your services. So ROI for customer videos is absolute impressive.
