What's the purpose of the Early Access Program (EAP)?
We strongly believe in building products that solve real customer problems. To that end, we want to involve our customers in the design of the Vocal Video product. Your feedback is crucial to our success. The EAP allows us to engage in a rich two way dialog with our customers and allow our Early Adopters to shape the future product direction.
How does the Early Access Program work?
We are now accepting self-service signups and onboarding onto the platform. If you are reading this FAQ, you have received an invitation to signup for the Early Access program. Simply fill out your account info and follow the directions to begin collecting and creating amazing social proof videos immediately.
As part of the Early Access Program, all features and capabilities are unlocked. You have the ability to:
- Create unlimited number of video collectors
- Collect unlimited number of video and audio responses
- Publish unlimited number of High Definition videos
- Download all responses and published videos
Use the product freely and liberally. During the EAP, you will have direct access to our team for support and guidance on best practices.
How long will the Early Access Program last?
We have been operating the Early Access Program since the Fall of 2019. The Early Access Program will conclude on August 4th, 2020 when we officially make the product Generally Available (GA). Depending on exactly when you activate your account, you will have roughly 6 weeks of free usage.
What does the Early Access Program cost?
Nada. Zero. Zilch. The EAP is completely free to participate in and comes with no obligation to purchase our product in the future. At the conclusion of the EAP, you will be given the choice to upgrade to a special EAP plan that includes discounted pricing. If you choose not to upgrade, your account will be suspended after August 3rd, 2020 and your account data automatically deleted after 30 days.
What is the discounted pricing for Early Access customers?
As a token of our appreciation, we are offering all Early Access customers the option to purchase a $999 annual subscription ($83 per month), including up to 60 minutes of video storage. With an Early Access license, you will be able to create unlimited number of collectors, capture unlimited video and audio responses, and create unlimited number of videos throughout the year.

What is the time commitment for Early Access Program participation?
You should anticipate spending 1 to 2 hours over the course of a month to have a successful experience with Vocal Video . Your time commitment and participation includes creating your first video collector, drafting promotional copy to solicit video responses, and reviewing and publishing finished professional-grade marketing videos from the responses.
What is required to participate in the Early Access Program?
You will need the following: 1) a clear use case for our product that directly benefits your business in a meaningful way, 2) a way to contact your customers or other intended video respondents (e.g. email, SMS, social media or direct link on your website) 3) enthusiasm for creating killer social proof.
