Recording videos on your phone with Vocal Video is as intuitive as using your phone’s built-in camera app. Respondents don’t have to download anything to collect HD video on their mobile devices. With the tap of a button respondents can switch between their front and rear-facing cameras and can record video vertically or horizontally. All of the new desktop features (like background blur and the teleprompter) work on mobile devices, too.
Maintain Your Privacy with Background Blur
Video respondents can now blur their background on supported browsers, including Chrome, Safari and Edge. These new AI effects allow the respondent to choose between medium and high blurring, or none at all.
Worried About What to Say? Try the new Teleprompter Feature
Sometimes the camera starts rolling and you totally forget what to say, right? It happens to the best of us. But now you can enter a full script or just notes and they will auto-scroll on-screen as you record your response! No more looking down at written notes or looking away to another window on your screen. With the built-in teleprompter you can customize the text size and the reading speed. The teleprompter is controlled with your keyboard while you record on screen.

Think audio-only responses are boring? With our Siri-inspired audio-recording mode audio-only responses now have visual interest and can take a place of honor on your website.
