July 2026: 15 Years of Generosity Contest

Terms & Conditions

The Sponsor: 15 Years of Generosity contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Pushpay USA Inc, 10807 New Allegiance Dr, Suite 300, Colorado Springs, CO 80921 (“Pushpay” or “Sponsor”).
Who is eligible: The Contest is open only to current Pushpay Customers within the US (each an “Entrant”). Submissions on behalf of an Entrant can only be made by an individual who is employed by the Entrant, is a legal resident of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and is 18 years of age or older and of the legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which the individual resides (each a “Submitter”).
Entries: NO ADDITIONAL PURCHASE OF PUSHPAY PRODUCTS OR PAYMENT TO PUSHPAY OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST. The entry period for the Contest begins on July 29, 2026 at 12 PM ET and continues through 5:59 PM ET on August 29, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). To enter the Contest, during the Entry Period, an Entrant must create a video responding to the following two prompts: (i) describe how your church has used Pushpay to advance its mission and make an impact in its community, and (ii) explain how your church would use $5,000 to support a specific ministry initiative. The Entrant's Submitter must access the designated Vocal Video submission page made available by Pushpay through its promotional email, website, or other official Contest communications, record and submit responses to the required video prompts through the Vocal Video platform, complete the required registration information, accept these Terms & Conditions, and successfully submit the completed entry before the close of the Entry Period. A video that is submitted in accordance with these Terms & Conditions is referred to in these Terms & Conditions as a “Submission.” Each Submitter will be required to fill out an electronic registration form (which may require the Submitter to submit their email address, phone number, mailing address and such other information as Sponsor may require). All Submissions must be completed and received by Sponsor prior to the conclusion of the Entry Period. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of entry. All Submissions are subject to verification at any time. Sponsor will have the right, in its discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility in a form acceptable to Sponsor (including, without limitation, government-issued photo identification). Failure to provide such proof to the satisfaction of Sponsor in a timely manner may result in disqualification. One Submission per Submitter and one Submission per Entrant. Duplicate Submissions will be deleted. Multiple automated Submissions, or Submissions submitted by others on a Submitter’s behalf, or Submissions submitted by a Submitter using different identities or addresses, may be rejected, rendering Entrant ineligible for any prize. Incomplete Submissions will not be eligible to win. No additional purchase necessary.
Prize: Three prizes are offered in this Contest. Each prize consists of $5,000, awarded in the form of a check or another payment method determined by Sponsor. Each winning Entrant (the “Winner”) will be notified via email and must follow all provided instructions in order to claim its prize. No prize substitution. No prize transfer.
Submission Guidelines: Each Submission must comply with the following guidelines: (a) the Submission must be original and have been created solely by the Submitter; (b) the Submitter must own the copyright in the Submission; (c) the Submission must not previously have been published or won any award; (d) the Submission must be truthful and accurate; (e) if the Submission identifies, depicts, contains or otherwise uses the Personality Rights (as defined in Section 9) of any person other than the Submitter, the Submitter must have prior to submitting the Submission obtained written consent from such person (to the use of such person’s Personality Rights, as applicable, in the Submission and the use by the Licensees (as defined in Section 9) of the Submission including such person’s Personality Rights, as applicable, as permitted pursuant to these Terms & Conditions; (f) the Submission must not include any brand name, trademark or logo of any entity other than the Entrant or Pushpay; (g) the Submission must not contain any material that violates or infringes upon the rights of any third party, including without limitation any copyright, trademark or right of privacy or publicity, or that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to any applicable law or regulation, or the use of which by the Licensees as permitted pursuant to these Terms & Conditions would require a license or permission from or payment to any third party; (h) the Submission must not contain any materials that relate to, involve or promote disparagement, defamation, threats, indecency, obscenity, illegal acts, violance or dancerous behavior; and (j) the Submission must not contain any material that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, deems inappropriate for public viewing and/or display. By submitting a Submission, the Submitter represents and warrants that the Submitter has complied with all of the foregoing requirements and has obtained all permissions, licenses and consents that are necessary for the submission of the Submission and to the use by the Licensees of the Submission as permitted pursuant to these Terms & Conditions and to verify compliance with the foregoing requirements. Each Submitter agrees to provide to Sponsor at Sponsor’s request copies of all such permissions, licenses and consents and, if requested by Sponsor, to obtain additional permissions, licenses and consents from the applicable parties in a form specified by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify and/or remove any Submission that Sponsor determines does not comply with these guidelines.
Winner Selection; Prize Claiming: Finalist Selection: Following the conclusion of the Entry Period, a representative of Sponsor will review all Submissions and score each Submission based on the following criteria: (a) the Entrant’s demonstrated ministry impact and community influence; (b) the Entrant’s story of how Pushpay has supported its mission; and (c) potential impact of the Entrant’s proposed use of the prize. Each Submission will be scored with respect to each of the criteria on a scale of 1 to 5. The ten (10) Submissions with the highest total scores (in aggregate across all three criteria) will be selected as the Finalists. In the event of a tie, the tie will be broken based on the tied Entrants’ score relating to the potential impact of the Entrant's proposed use of the Generosity Contest criterion. Winner Selection: A panel of judges designated by Sponsor will review the Finalists’ Submissions and score each Submission based on the following criteria: (a) the Entrant’s demonstrated ministry impact and community influence; (b) the Entrant’s story of how Pushpay has supported its mission; (c) potential impact of the Entrant’s proposed use of the Generosity Contest prize; and (d) The Submission's ability to inspire and encourage other churches through the authentic sharing of the Entrant's ministry story. Each Submission will be scored with respect to each of the criteria on a scale of 1 to 5. The three (3) Submissions with the highest total scores (in aggregate across all three criteria) will be selected as the potential winners. In the event of a tie, the tie will be broken based on the tied Finalists’ score relating to the potential impact of the Entrant’s proposed use of the Generosity Contest criterion. The odds of winning a prize depend on the quality and number of Submissions. Each potential winner is subject to verification. Each potential winner will be notified via e-mail on or about September 2026 and must respond to the initial notification attempt within 72 hours. Sponsor will have the right to require that the potential winner complete and return to Sponsor an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability or an Affirmation of Eligibility/Release of Liability and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release, and any other documentation provided by Sponsor in connection with verification of the potential winner’s eligibility and confirmation of the releases and grant of rights set forth in these Terms & Conditions (“Verification Documents”). Verification of the potential winner’s eligibility may also include, without limitation, a background investigation of the Submitter and/or the Entrant’s authorized representatives prior to awarding the prize. Each Submitter and/or Entrant’s authorized representative(s) claiming the award consents to the conduct of a background investigation (which may include a review of criminal records) and agrees to supply any authorizations or permissions deemed necessary by Sponsor in connection with any such investigation. Each represents that he or she will provide accurate and truthful information to Sponsor in connection with eligibility verification. If Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that awarding a prize to the potential winner, publicizing any facts or details about the potential winner or an association of the potential winner with Sponsor or the Contest might reflect negatively on Sponsor and/or its products or services or the Contest, Sponsor will have the right in its discretion to disqualify the potential winner and select an alternate winner. If any potential winner fails to respond to any notification attempt within the time period indicated above or if any attempted notification is returned as undeliverable, or if any potential winner fails to complete and return any required information and/or verification documents within the time period indicated above, or if any potential winner does not meet the eligibility requirements set forth in Section 1 or does not otherwise comply with these Terms & Conditions and/or cannot accept the prize is awarded for any reason, then the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may, at Sponsor’s discretion, be selected from among the remaining eligible Entrants as specified in these Terms & Conditions (in which case the foregoing provisions will apply to such newly-selected Entrant and Submitter). Only one alternate selection will be made, after which the prize will remain un-awarded. In the event of any tie that is not broken after application of the tie-breaker process described above, Sponsor will have the right to require the tied Entrants to submit additional material, which Sponsor will judge based on criteria identified by Sponsor, and the tie will be broken based on the tied Entrants’ scores with respect to that additional material.
Agreement of Submitter/Entrants: By entering, Submitter (for itself and on behalf of the Entrant) unconditionally agrees to and accepts the terms of these Terms & Conditions and the decisions Sponsor makes regarding the Contest, which are final and binding on all matters. Submitter may also be required to accept third-party terms and conditions to submit their Submissions. If Submitter does not agree to this, please do not enter. By claiming the prize, Entrant unconditionally agrees to and accepts the terms of these Terms & Conditions and the decisions Sponsor makes regarding the Contest, which are final and binding on all matters. By participating in and/or entering the Contest and/or claiming the prize, each Submitter/Entrant irrevocably grants to Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies, and the successors and assigns and licensees of each of the foregoing (collectively, the “Licensees”): the right to use the Submitter/Entrant’s name, trademarks and service marks, social media handles, likeness, voice, biographical information and/or statements attributed to them (“Personality Rights”) as incorporated into the Submission and/or in relation to this Contest, in perpetuity, throughout the world, in all media and formats whether now or later known or developed, including without limitation via Sponsor’s and third-party websites and social media and digital channels, for commercial purposes and any other purposes (including without limitation advertising and promotion), without further notice or compensation, unless prohibited by law. In addition, by submitting a Submission, each Submitter irrevocably grants to the Licensees a non-exclusive license to publish, display, reproduce, modify, edit, create derivative works based on and otherwise use the Submission, in whole or part, in perpetuity, throughout the world, in all media and formats whether now or later known or developed, including without limitation via Sponsor’s and third-party websites and social media and digital channels, for commercial purposes and any other purposes (including without limitation advertising and promotion), without further notice or compensation, unless prohibited by law. Pushpay reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest (or portions thereof) at any time, including in the event of any technical failure, entrant misconduct or if the Contest cannot be run as anticipated for any reason. Pushpay also reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify the Submission of any Entrant. Receipt of prizes is dependent upon full, timely completion of all requirements. All federal, state and local taxes on prize and any expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Should a dispute arise regarding the identity of the claimant, Pushpay reserves the sole right to determine the eligible party. By entering, Submitter waives all rights to bring (and covenants not to bring) any claim against Pushpay or any others associated with this Contest. Submitters further agree to release and hold harmless Pushpay from any and all liability arising from their participation in the Contest, or Pushpay's use of any Submission information.
NO LIABILITY; INDEMNIFICATION: Pushpay is not responsible for any failures of any kind (whether caused by computer, technical, mechanical or human error, or third-party platform unavailability) which may either limit the Submitter’s ability to submit a Submission, claim a prize, or otherwise participate in this Contest, or the ability to include all eligible Submissions, notify potential winners, or otherwise execute this Contest in the manner intended. By participating in the Contest, Submitter and Submitter’s heirs, successors, or assigns agree to release, discharge, and to hold harmless Pushpay, and waive all causes of action relating to any and all injuries, costs, liability, losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with or resulting from their participation in this Contest, or resulting from the delivery, acceptance, and/or subsequent use or misuse of any prize awarded, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. Pushpay is not responsible for (i) any condition caused by events beyond Pushpay’s control that may cause the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted; (ii) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by a prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, or from participation in the Contest; or (iii) any printing, typographical, or computer errors in any materials associated with the Contest.
