Echoes of Resilience: Mountain Voices on Health and Justice”

We're looking for courageous West Virginians to share their experiences with sexual and reproductive health care in the Mountain State.

This might include:
birth control, family planning, cervical cancer screenings, fertility services, prenatal or postpartum care, and menopause care), using Medicaid or the Affordable Care Act (ACA) for any part of your health care, and the challenges or barriers you’ve faced along the way.

It can also include experiences with primary care, OB/GYN visits, pregnancy-related care including miscarriage management, mental and behavioral health services, mammograms or other cancer screenings, specialty care (like pelvic floor therapy or hormone treatment), emergency care, or any other part of your health journey as a West Virginian.

Your story matters—whether it’s about long travel times to clinics, difficulty finding providers, insurance challenges, discrimination or stigma, or experiences that made a difference in your health.
