How do I know this is legitimate?

How long does it take?
The recording process takes most people 5 minutes or less, but that depends on how many practice recordings you do. There's nothing to install, and there are only four questions.
Do I need to install anything?
No. You can record your responses right in your web browser, from your smartphone, your computer, or your tablet. There's no app to install and nothing to download.
Can I redo my recordings?
Yes. You can record, replay, and re-record all video or audio responses as many times as you like. You don’t have to submit anything until you are 100% comfortable with it.
How will you use my recordings?
We may publish your video or audio responses in branded videos. These videos may be embedded on the Georgia Infant-Toddler Coaltion website and shared via social media.

$100 Prize Drawing
All complete responses that meet our quality standards will be entered in a monthly $100 prize drawing. 5 winners are randomly selected each month.
This is our gift to you for taking a few minutes out of your busy day to share your thoughts.
What makes a response “complete”?
You'll need to supply a video or audio response to each question, and enter something usable when we ask how you'd like to be attributed – no profanity, etc.
What are your quality standards?
Just do your best to answer the asked questions in your video or audio clips. Don't submit blank, empty, or junk recordings. Be yourself.
How can I make sure I'm eligible?
After submitting your audio/video recordings, we'll ask for your email address.

Recording Tips
If you're having technical issues, please contact Vocal Video Support.
- You can re-record. If you're not happy with your recording, you can simply redo it. You can do this as many times as you like, and none of your outtakes will be saved.
- Be yourself. Act natural and friendly. It doesn’t have to be perfect – the key is to be authentic.
- Pick a quiet and well-lit place. Ideally, you want lots of natural light or alternatively overhead lighting. Avoid having windows or a light source in the background since that will create glare.
- Eye contact. Make eye contact with the camera and try to avoid looking down. It's much better to speak off the cuff than to read your response from prepared notes.
- Background. Try to choose a background that is interesting. E.g. avoid plain white walls. A piece of art or some pattern is nice or a view of your office, home, or yard.
Your Info
After you finish recording, we ask for a few details like your name and email address. Here's why:
- So we can contact you if you win one of the $100 prizes. We can't do this without an email address.
- So we can credit you in any published videos. You can just enter your first name or first name + last initial if you don't want your full name used.
- So we can find your data if for some reason you need us to delete it.
We'll never share your email
We ask for your email only for the reasons above. We will never share it, publish it, or spam you.
You're In Control
You are the owner of your personal information and audio/video submissions. If in the future you want us to delete your data, simply contact us at legal@vocalvideo.com.

This Georgia Infant-Toddler Coaltion audio/video survey is governed by the Vocal Video Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

You Own Your Data
You are the owner of your audio/video submissions and personal information. By participating, you are granting Georgia Infant-Toddler Coaltion and Vocal Video permission to reproduce, edit, modify, and publish your submissions, but you can revoke this permission by contacting legal@vocalvideo.com.
You Control Your Data
You can withdraw your consent to use any of your video or audio submissions at any time in the future, and request for us to remove your personal information.
We Don't Sell Data
Vocal Video does not now, nor will it in the future, sell, rent or lease any respondent personal information to any third parties.
Our License
You are the owner of your audio/video submissions. By participating, you grant Georgia Infant-Toddler Coaltion and Vocal Video revocable permission to reproduce, edit, modify, and publish your submissions.
Revoking Permission
You can withdraw your consent to use any of your video or audio submissions at any time in the future. Contact legal@vocalvideo.com.
Accurate Information
By participating, you warrant that you are who you say you are and are not attempting to misrepresent your identity or relationship to Georgia Infant-Toddler Coaltion.
Acceptable Content
Respondents’ opinions, comments and views are their own. Vocal Video shall not be liable for your views, comments or opinions and shall not be liable for any damages arising from your views, opinions or comments, including, but not limited to, knowing falsehoods or hate speech. It is also prohibited to upload or submit any copyrighted recordings or content not owned by the respondent.
Personal Information
In the course of participating in our audio/video surveys, we may ask for some personal information, such as your name, employer, location, and email address. Personal information like this may also be added to the Vocal Video database by our customers (like Georgia Infant-Toddler Coaltion). We only store this information so that we can:
- Properly attribute audio/video submissions
- Distribute prizes/rewards to participants
- Invite the right people to participate in our customers' surveys
- Notify Vocal Video customers when their customers respond to their surveys
- Notify you (if you choose) when your audio/video submissions are published by Georgia Infant-Toddler Coaltion
Vocal Video does not now, nor will it in the future, sell, rent or lease any respondent personal information to any third parties.
GDPR
