By submitting a video, I confirm that:
• I created this video or have the right to share it.
• I grant Destination Cleveland, doing business as the Convention & Visitors Bureau of Greater Cleveland, a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish and distribute my video across its marketing, promotional, educational and communications channels.
• I understand my video may be used to promote Cleveland as a place to visit, live, work and play, including on websites, social media, advertising, email, video productions and other marketing materials.
• I understand I will not receive compensation for the use of my video.
• I confirm that my submission does not infringe on the rights of any third party and does not contain content that is unlawful, defamatory or otherwise inappropriate.
• I am at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to submit this video.

- Graphic, obscene, offensive or otherwise inappropriate language or imagery
- Sexually explicit or suggestive content
- Political statements, endorsements, campaign messaging or advocacy
- Promotion, endorsement or advertising of commercial brands, products or services
- Visible alcohol, drugs, drug paraphernalia or other controlled substances
- Hateful, discriminatory, harassing or defamatory content
- Content depicting or promoting violence, threats, firearms, weapons or any activity that could reasonably be interpreted as encouraging or inciting violence
