How does Zuub help with patient experience from the minute they walk into the practice to the minute they walk out?
Ashley Lee: By utilizing Zuub, we are able to greet our patients and give them the warm and fuzzies from the minute they walk in the door. Instead of actually being on hold with insurance companies, usually over 60% of patients have high anxiety when they walk in the door. And so being able to greet them from the minute they walk in, check them in correctly, already helps with your appointment flow.
What made Zuub stand out from other options? What sold you on working with us?
Ashley Lee: Zuub stood out to our um organization because of the patient base we have and how many insurance companies they could actually um get verifications for and the breakdowns, how they can integrate into your software system and actually put the breakdown in the document center. Um just by doing that already frees up so much time for not only your front office but your back office as well. What sold us on working with Zuub is just the great experience they give you as well really easy to reach out to anytime we have questions the reps are really quick to answer. and they are constantly following up with us too to make sure everything is flowing correctly. Anytime there's any updates concerns questions. Their software system is really easy to utilize as well.
How easy has it been for you to onboard Zuub and for the staff to learn Zuub's platform?
Ashley Lee: Zuub was super easy to actually um on board with. They were great to work with us. Well, we have three locations. We started out with one location to do like a trial in there and see how it works. And we actually implemented it into all three locations. So it is a living breathing software that we have in all of our organizations. Um Their training platforms are really easy to use and the system in general um is very user friendly.
