What was your biggest frustration with your internet service before switching to ZIRKEL, and how has ZIRKEL improved the situation?
Libby Foster Gamber: We're actually not new customers to ZIRKEL We didn't switch recently. We've been with ZIRKEL since I think the beginning. So we're just long time, Super happy, super satisfied ZIRKEL customers.
As a resident of Northwest Colorado, why is having a local internet provider like ZIRKEL important to you?
Libby Foster Gamber: I've lived in this community for over 20 years and my husband's lived here over 30 years. So I think by now we're, we're close to, to being in that local status. We definitely feel like we're part of this community, this community is really important to us. So given that, we definitely try to work with local companies and that is a huge part of why we work with ZIRKEL. There's many other awesome reasons too, but we really appreciate that. They are a local company with local employees and owners that have lived here for a long time and that really means a lot to us. Again, we, we care about our, our fellow community and we want to do all that we can to, to support our businesses here locally.
Other than better speeds, what surprised you the most about ZIRKEL? Was it the customer service, reliability, or something else?
Libby Foster Gamber: I think what has surprised me the most about ZIRKEL is the customer service, the friendly, and sort of hometown vibe customer service. Between Dylan answering the phones, Matthew coming out as needed on a service call. They're just really, really nice, honest, hard working guys that truly care that we have good fast internet. They're very responsive. They're really polite. They're just great guys. And I really appreciate them.
Can you share a specific example of how ZIRKEL's improved internet has made a positive difference in your daily life or business operations?
Libby Foster Gamber: So we use ZIRKEL at home for all our internet needs. Whether it's to stream an old Hitchcock or just to make a call, but my husband's super reliant on it. He owns a business in town. And they are making a lot of international calls to Asia and Europe, big, big calls on a regular basis. So they are extremely dependent on good, reliable, fast internet and they get that from ZIRKEL. We're very fortunate.
Would you recommend ZIRKEL to a friend, neighbor, or fellow business owner in the area? Why or why not?
Libby Foster Gamber: I would definitely recommend ZIRKEL to a friend or a neighbor or a fellow business person in the area. They're reliable. They truly just want to make our internet needs met and, I just appreciate everything about them. You can stop in and get their awesome customer service or when they come to your site, they're professional. They're kind, they're problem solvers. We're just very, very fortunate.
