Speaker: Mayank, Hospitality Director, Compass Group Canada
Could you tell us your name, title and the company you work for?
Mayank: Hi there. My name is my, I am the Director of Hospitality at Compas Group Canada and I work for my client's name is mccarthy Tetro, located at the downtown Toronto.
What do you like about Ziplunch?
Mayank: What I love about zip is uh the platform is very user friendly, the opportunities and the options it offers for the clients or or employees to choose from in terms of the selection of restaurant. It is lovely. Uh It caters to people of all each bracket of all food preferences, of all taste buds. I think it's a platform that is one of its kind in A B to B concept that can, it's like an Uber of B to B and uh now that I'm comparing the two platforms, but it does a great job in the way it has come up with this product. Uh When you already have so many options of of food delivery platforms, et cetera, the plan has managed to create a product that's completely different and unique in its case and caters to a specific profile of business or client in the market uh which is good because they don't have a competition. And I think it really does a great job in offering a good selection of menus. The coordination with their team members is excellent. They're always available and uh quick to respond. My experience with Nader has been great. Uh, and the relationship is only getting better over the time.
Why is Ziplunch different from other similar services?
Mayank: I guess I ended up answering this question in my previous uh slide, but I'll go ahead again. Uh zip is different from other platforms because of its customer relationship. The client relationship that it has built with me as a client or as, as being a vendor is amazing. The responsiveness to my queries uh prompt support for any concerns that I may have uh is commendable. Uh And like I also said, the product zip as a product and its concept is very unique and it doesn't have much compilation in the market which does give it that advantage and also caters to our requirement as a catering company that compasses offering conference services and catering to our clients across Toronto. I think the P lunch is going to be very helpful in that.
How would you describe Ziplunch in three words?
Mayank: My three words would be for the lunch is reliable, unique and user friendly. Yep, I could say more, but I guess they asked only for three. So there you go.
Would you recommend Ziplunch to another company? Why?
Mayank: Oh yes, 100%. I would recommend zip lunch to other companies and my colleagues, which I already have actually uh in my team meetings and I guess a couple of them have also tried zip lunch as a vendor and are pretty satisfied as far as I know. Uh but I have no reasons not to recommend zip lunch. So that's that for recommendation.
