Could you tell us your name, title and the company you work for?

Jessel Ferrao: Well, hi, good morning. My name is Jessel Far and, um, I work with Group Canada as the hospitality experience manager.

What do you like about Ziplunch?

Jessel Ferrao: Well, what I like about zip lunch would be the flexibility. That's the most important thing for me. I'll leave that aside. Um, it's also the selection of menus and, uh, the time frame where in, um, a guest can or a client can order and things can be delivered.

Why is Ziplunch different from other similar services?

Jessel Ferrao: Well, I think, um, zip gets more personal because, um, we have another who, who's fantastic at, at his job and he ensures that uh the personal touch is there uh while delivering orders as well as while taking orders. Um, I believe your team goes out of their way to, uh, to ensure that services are, are maintained and uh, and things are great. Uh Leaving at aside, I also believe, uh since, since we're in a catering business, um, I also believe that Zip lunch is different because of uh the time frame, I can place orders and receive them. Unlike most catering companies, I know you gotta have a 48 hour period or a 24 hour deadline to order food.

How would you describe Ziplunch in three words?

Jessel Ferrao: Well, the three words I would use would be diverse, flexible and authentic.

Would you recommend Ziplunch to another company? Why?

Jessel Ferrao: Well, I would love to, uh, introduce or recommend zip plan to, um, other companies. Uh, the whole, the whole reason being, I think they've done a wonderful job with my unit and, uh, they've been very accommodative in, um, in our, in, in our requirements. Uh, another goes out of his way to, um, to get information and, uh, and get me products required for my clients. And, um, that's, I think those are the features, uh, we're looking for and within, uh, within the organization and, uh, I think it works well and I believe, uh, these qualities are an asset and, uh, uh, other institutions or other catering companies or, or other units within compass or, um, it could be other organizations also look for the same, especially when they're so reliable.
