What feature is most exciting about Salesloft?
Shelly: The feature that I think is most exciting about Salesloft is how it integrates with Salesforce and how it has quote unquote replaced Genesys and Calendly used to set up meetings and onboards With the integration, you don't have to log into multiple places to complete a task or a call. For example, you can call a client while in Salesforce just by clicking a button, have the call, and log the call all in one spot which makes things very efficient, smooth and easy. All on one page, all with one click. It's a game changer.
Michelle Ramos: For me personally, I will have to say is the fact that I can go to my Outlook,
Michelle Ramos: reply to an email to a builder that we're currently onboarding and once I'm ready to send my response, I can go ahead and just click 'loft it'
Michelle Ramos: Another cool feature that I like is that once we are ready to schedule an onboard we can add our availability to our email as well. So I think those two features have been pretty much the ones that I am the most excited about when working with Salesloft.
How is Salesloft different from Outreach?
Lisa Phillips: Salesloft is different from Outreach in that you can do a lot more in Salesloft. You can call from Salesloft, email from Salesloft, add the cadences in Salesloft. Salesloft is way easier to use than Outreach. It's just user friendly.
Katelyn Daunt: I think Salesloft is different than Outreach by its usability. I think it's a lot more straightforward, easy to use, easy to look at honestly. And it also has the call feature, which I think is the best feature.
How has Salesloft helped you?
Shelly: So Salesloft has helped me stay organized. Before, Outreach had multiple templates in there. Some that weren't being used, some that were used by only the Sales Team. You know, it was difficult to kind of keep track of everything. With Salesloft. it has you know, the templates that we use, it has cadences that we can set up. It has cadence reminders. So we're able to get alerted daily with the tasks that we need to complete that day.
Lisa Phillips: Salesloft has really helped me stay organized and on top of my accounts, in terms of the 7, 15, 20-day cadences. It's just very user friendly. I'm excited to be using Salesloft. Still learning about it, but the biggest thing is that it's helped keep me organized.
Catherine: Salesloft has helped me be more efficient and productive. I can log into the dashboard and get a quick snapshot of my day. The cadences help me prioritize certain accounts and ensure that any outstanding task does not get missed. The seamless integration allows me to quickly send availability, call or email a builder, and log the activity, whether I'm in Salesloft, Salesforce, or Outlook. It has streamlined certain processes for our team. So we're really excited for your team to utilize this tool too.
