Why are video testimonials important to your business?

Anh Nguyen: for our business because, In today's overcrowded marketplace, where people are being bombarded with marketing messages, it's really hard to cut through the noise and build trust. People want to hear from other real people, so testimonial videos allow our happy customers and clients to do the selling on our behalf.

Hilmon Sorey: The question that prospects always have is what have you done? Who have you done it for? Are they like me? And what was their experience? Bottom line there's lots of options you can choose in our industry, and we find that video testimonials are the greatest way to get the voice of our customer immediately in the hands of folks who are considering us or folks who are evaluating this industry to see what types of things they might want to create a great scalable growth system for their company.

Martha Stoumen: No one wants to hear directly from the winery itself that their product is great. It's not a believable story. In recent years, wine criticism has become more egalitarian, and it's come from the customers themselves. Vocal Video is just a really great way to capture that.

Sarah Wong: It helps to humanize your brand. It puts it in the hands of real people who can relate to whoever is actually providing that testimonial either based on their industry or be some of the company that they work for. If it is somewhat relatable to you that it definitely makes that purchase experience a lot easier because you start to be able to see yourself in their shoes. So that it's extremely effective for creating social media campaigns and marketing your product
