How would you describe the SME businesses you have the opportunity to work with?
Tracy Harcourt: I work with police change, who is a company that runs leadership training courses for corporations. They are completely remote, which is great for my working flexibility. I also work for a company called Sterling Vault Auctioneers who are specialists in watch and jewellery, auctions.
How would you sum up being part of the YRH Finance Team family?
Tracy Harcourt: I really enjoy being part of the team and being able to bounce ideas off each other and getting some training if need be, and I also really enjoy the flexibility of the working environment for YRH Finance Team.
