Mel Alfieri: My name is Mel Alfieri and I am a regional partner for YRH Finance covering the north London region.
What do you do?
Mel Alfieri: I help SME business owners have an even more successful business and feel happier. I have access to first class finance people who will go in and support the finance function of the business.
Who are your clients?
Mel Alfieri: My clients are focused on the growth of their businesses. They typically turn over £2-5 million, and they are across all different industry types.
Why are you passionate about your work?
Mel Alfieri: My passion is with people, helping and adding value. I've been working with SMEs now for many years. I have built a really strong network who I trust and can help add value. Helping the ecosystem around us grow and our business owners achieve their goals and ambitions is certainly what makes me come to work every day.
What makes you different? Anything else you'd like to add?
Mel Alfieri: I have been working with SMEs now for many years - listening, helping and supporting them. What keeps them awake at night? What are their challenges? How can we help make them more profitable? How can we help them grow? And it's the people around me that really support with me doing this. It's my amazing team at YRH Finance. So I have a really, really great team around me here, but it's also my external network, which can help me really make a difference to your business.
