Why are you passionate about your work?
Martin Manning: For the last 15 years I've worked with a group of entrepreneurs and their businesses, helping them to increase their profitability and in one case, to exit. The YRH Finance Team opportunity gives me a chance to work with even more, and that's why I love it.
