How has working on a flexible, portfolio basis changed your work and personal life?
Dawn Fox-Banks: Working on a flexible portfolio basis has changed my personal life. Firstly, by giving me more time to spend time with family and also enjoy pastimes and hobbies, spend more time outside walking and generally having more downtime than I had when I worked in the corporate world. Working on a flexible portfolio basis has also given me the chance to work with a variety of different clients, in different sectors, different industries, different sized companies all within that SME sphere. And to help companies feel like they're achieving their aim of succeeding in their business. It's a chance to learn new experiences, a chance to experience new Softwares, new ways of working and generally making me all round more successful and happy in my career.
