How long have you been working with YRH and using the YRH frameworks?
I've been working with YRH for over 12 years now and using the YRH frameworks within that period.
Why do you believe having frameworks is important?
Frameworks in general are important because it gives consistency within YRH Finance Team. Each Principal will follow a very similar framework for each client. It also makes sure that the Principal has a particular plan for the day. They have a to do list, they know what to get through, and then they're able to report back to the client to let them know exactly what they've been doing all day.
How does the Accounting Calendar help you with your YRH client work?
The accounting calendar for me is invaluable. It's too easy to walk into a client and look at the in-tray and start going through page by page, trying to get everything done in a small space of time. If you look at the accounting calendar, you know exactly your plan for the day, what the intention is. You have your to do list so that you know at the beginning of the day - you have to finish those five tasks, for example.
