What’s your favourite thing about working on a flexible, portfolio basis?
Tracy Harcourt: My favourite thing would probably be that I can fit my working hours around my family.
What does an average work day look like for you?
Tracy Harcourt: I normally start working after I drop the kids off at school, get home, open up my laptop at my desk and allocate certain times to certain clients for the whole day on a basically a schedule I run on a daily basis.
How would you describe the SME businesses you have the opportunity to work with?
Tracy Harcourt: I work with police change, who is a company that runs leadership training courses for corporations. They are completely remote, which is great for my working flexibility. I also work for a company called Sterling Vault Auctioneers who are specialists in watch and jewellery, auctions and, 100% remote at the moment. I never used to be, but because of the pandemic, all my clients are basically remote, which is great for me.
How would you sum up being part of the YRH Finance Team family?
Tracy Harcourt: I really enjoy being part of the team and being able to bounce ideas off each other and getting some training if need be, and I also really enjoy the flexibility of the working environment for YRH Finance Team.
