Who are you? Name, job title and the region you look after...
Mica Bristow: I'm Mica, and I am the Regional Partner for Surrey.
What do you do?
Mica Bristow: My role at YRH is to look for any new business, any new prospective clients who may be requiring some support within their finance function within the Surrey area. On the flip side, it's also to look for any businesses that we could perhaps work in partnership with. So, for example, accountants again within the Surrey area.
Who are your clients?
Mica Bristow: The types of clients that I'm looking to work with are those that have a turnover of 1 to 10 million (but not exclusive to), within any industry, but are looking for some help within their finance function.
Why are you passionate about your work?
Mica Bristow: I'm passionate about my work because I truly believe in what YRH finance have to offer their clients. I really trust the process. I think we work well with clients and really help to make a difference. We take a lot of the stress off of the business owner to allow them to focus on what's important within their business, and I'm passionate about that because I know that it works. And I'm looking forward to working with new clients and seeing that process, and seeing the difference be made.
What makes you different? Anything else you'd like to add?
Mica Bristow: What makes me different is I am a human. I am here to listen to you offload, and I'm here to work with you, in partnership and be open, honest and transparent, and just communicate. And we are here to work together as a team to both get the same goal.
