Robbie Alewine : Hi, I'm Robbie. And, um, the reason I chose to work with, uh, your choice homebuyers was, I guess the initial or the initial contact I had with the guys was just, it made me feel comfortable and, um, how much knowledge they had of, of selling, selling houses and, and, um, all the things that needed to be done to come to get it, everything lined up and everything, um, in order because it's very stressful to, to sell a house if you don't really know much about it. And these guys, they just made it so simple and just kind of took the, took the wheel for me and, and whatever they needed of me. I just did the best I could and, and they always did everything. Like, if I had questions they would answer them and they were so quick with, with as quick as they could be with the, with things that had to be done and, and very in informative. And so, yeah, I like, I guess the, the reason I, because this is just the way they made me feel comfortable and not really, like, more like it's very friendly, you know, more than just like somebody trying to get your house and, you know, just get it and sell it and it was more of a friendship feeling. So. Yeah.

Robbie Alewine : Um, my favorite part about working with your choice, home buyers was just their friendliness and um their actual, you can feel that they, the caring that they have for, for people. And um, they understand how stressful it is to move. So like with even me moving, they, you know, they, they give me tips and stuff on how to, and make it easier for myself on my own move and, and, and what I needed to, what the, some of the best things that steps to take first and it made it easier for me just, and move to, to a different house and, um, and just, just how, how smart they were and there, I don't think there was a question that I asked that they didn't know the answer already, you know, or what to kind of expect going down the road. And, um, so, yeah, my favorite thing about, about them is just just their caring, understanding and their friendliness. It, it goes a long way.

Robbie Alewine : Um if I would, I would recommend to anybody wanting to sell their house or if they know anybody that wants to sell their house or property uh to get in touch with these guys, they really know their stuff. They're very, very informative to you about what's going on and what's gonna happen and how, and how, how things happen and why they're happening. And um just, they got a great team there that's so knowledgeable. Uh and uh and their, just their, their kindness and their, and their understanding of things and, and of, of understanding of you on, on a personal level, um about what's going on in your life sometimes, you know, and they work around to help accommodate to you what, what, what good times are for you to do things that need to be done in the process of selling. So, um yes, I would totally recommend your choice home buyers to anybody wanting to sell because these guys, they really know their stuff and they get it done.
