XPRO Julian Doan: What's up BFT FA, it's your coach Julian here.

XPRO Julian Doan: BFT has transformed my strength training by allowing me to train not just harder but also smarter with the right amount of rest, the right amount of work, the right amount of intensity so I can go stronger for longer.

XPRO Julian Doan: What separates B Ft's Strength trading program from other programs is number one that it is strength bias. Number two, the focus is all about progression. So from each exercise to the next, you're going to have different variations of sets, intensity time and workload. And what that's going to allow you to do is number one, allow your body to keep progressing, not only adapt but also get stronger. So you can push yourself harder and more importantly, see those gains.

XPRO Julian Doan: So one of the biggest things that I've learned from training with BFT is this, it's important of rest periods. Now, coming from a traditional strength background and traditional body building, it's always about how hard can you go, how heavy can you lift in your intensity? But one of the most overlooked keys is rest and recovery. It's utilizing that time to drop your heart rate to allow it to spike up again. So that was one of the biggest keys because if you allow yourself to rest, you're gonna be able to maintain that strength to go even harder on the next set.
