How would you describe Xcelerator Dental in three words?
Ravi Gathani: Three words to describe Xcelerator Dental umm, probably clever in the field. They know what they're doing with the campaigns, the landing pages, great designs. Um, yeah. So really good in that sense. Very responsive. Uh, any issues, I can drop them, drop them an email, and they can update things and change things on our website. Um, and the last thing is very supportive. They've been there along the way. You know, I need help with anything. I can message them and change things with them and really good.
Can you give some metrics to show the impact Xcelerator Dental has had on
Ravi Gathani: So I've never been great at measuring metrics and ROI but, um, since using Xcelerator, they have kind of pushed me to do that more so I run the reports and yeah, look, it's clear that we are busier with taking on more high end ticket treatments with implants and Invisalign and bonding. Turnover is increasing. Um, so that is the best thing that I can say that I'm very happy with how we're performing and the number of treatments we're starting and how busy we are as a practice.
Could you describe your experience working with Xcelerator Dental?
Ravi Gathani: So far a really good, very positive experience. Um, the website they made for us, the landing pages, the campaigns that we run together, the teamwork has been great, effective, efficient. Um, really happy with how we work together and how they work as a team and how they help support my practice and our growth.
What has been the most significant impact of working with Xcelerator Dental?
Ravi Gathani: I'd say the most significant impact is, um, helping me streamline and nurture and maintain the leads that come in obviously using their CRM that they've put in training up my staff and giving my staff different roles and progressing themselves in their profession, whether it be TCO and the likes. Um and, yeah, just getting all the leads in maintaining, nurturing them, different methods of messaging them, but all streamlined in one tidy package. Um, that has been really effective and efficient in us, following up with the leads and getting them booked in.
