Can you give some metrics to show the impact Xcelerator Dental has had on
Emma Yates: Our Invisalign is up by 94% from last year, our new patients up by 42%. and implants by 47% - that's patients that have come in through the website or the phone calls, converted on to the CRM and came for a free consult or a new patient checkup and converted into treatment.
Could you describe your experience working with Xcelerator Dental?
Emma Yates: mhm. We had a first great year with David and the team and we feel like all issues that we had previously had have now been solved. I'm always willing to listen to other options that we've got available for us to allow our practice to grow definitely a friendly and professional environment, and we enjoy our monthly chats to see how everything's going and to catch up with you guys.
What has been the most significant impact of working with Xcelerator Dental?
Emma Yates: Not only do these guys work in marketing, but they always have our best interests in heart. There are ways researching and making sure we're getting the complete best out of our business, making sure that anything we put forward they're researching, we feel like they're always there to support us because they're around. Everything is rounded off, everything is within reason. Everything's discussed. Nothing's washed into anything, the absolute a great team and you'll be lucky to work with them.
