The redefining success Beyond the line summit for me was worth the investment because I was able to fellowship with like-minded individuals that shared their stories of. Challenges that helped them pursue their dreams to put myself first. If someone was considering attending next year's event, I would highly encourage them and make the investment in themselves and their business for their own personal growth and development.
Jessica Langford: My name is Jessica Langford. I was an attendee today. The Beyond the rind summit today was enlightening and refreshing and exactly what I needed to get intentional about the next steps for myself. OK. Right. Prioritize what's important and learn to say no. I would say if you're thinking about attending, then you already know the answer is yes.
Dricka Carter: My name is Dria Carter. My relationship to the event was an attendee. I thought that the redefining success beyond the grind summit was amazing. Shout out to Danny, all the panelists and speakers. They encouraged me to increase my prices. They encouraged me to prioritize self-care and also, done is better than perfect. So that was one of the things that I took away from the event. My top takeaways were. Office hours are office hours. You can say no, no is a complete sentence. Self-care is not neglecting other people as well as my, let me see, increase my prices. That was another one. Make sure you get your tickets next year and bring a friend.
Nakia Laushaul: My name is Nikia Saul. I'm an attendee. Yeah. It was so good. It was like a live black girls rock version of a TED Talk. My top takeaway is, it's OK to prioritize myself. Like me being all about me, it's cool. That's what redefining success is. Oh, you have to attend. This is something that I wouldn't miss. Just take the day off work like I did and prioritize.
Monica Pierre: My name is Monica Pierre. I am an attendee and one of the contributing authors of Redefining Success. Someone described it best when we were having a conversation that this particular summit was so amazing, but it also felt like friends had gathered. So it had a wonderful field and everyone had an opportunity to network, to connect, to share all in a space, safe space. So Coach Daddy D did an exceptional job. My top takeaway that I got from the summit, number 1 was be prepared for what's coming. Oftentimes we want things, we work toward things that we're not always ready to receive. Number 2, working with ease does not mean that you're not working. It means that you are focused and you're determined and dedicated. So there are so many gems, but those two stand out. Oh, I would sign up as soon as possible because oftentimes people will say, oh, our summit is unique. This one really was. It gave you everything you needed inspiration, connection, community, and it's an event you will not want to miss.
Rebecca Lonon: My name's Rebecca Lannin. Oh, just an attendee actually. I thought it was really great, well put together. I thought that I learned a lot, especially not just about people around me, but about myself, my friendships, redefining my success for sure, and using my time more wisely. Using my time, using my time more wisely and, not, not, not working so hard and not, knowing when to stop working. Oh, you gotta come. They got freebies. You got door prizes. It's just fun and great knowledge. You can't miss it.
Roxanne Richards: Roxanne Richards. My name is Roxanne. I was an attendee. One of the, speakers invited me to attend. Oh my gosh, it was, it was a thing that I didn't realize I needed. I came to support one of the speakers who happens to be my friend, but all the other ladies and the information that they gave, it was just. Everything that I didn't know that I needed. That I do not have to be everything to everyone all the time. I think that's, that it is OK to rest. And that fear has no power. It has only the amount of power that I give it. Takeaways. Definitely come. I think that it exposes things to you that you probably weren't thinking about, and everybody's just so transparent. They share so much information and you realize that you're not the only person with those thoughts. Everybody else or other people have the same thoughts, and the, the collaboration is just great and amazing. I would advise anybody to come do it.
Ty Salvant: My name is Ty Salvant. I am a speaker and a sponsor for the summit. The summit was absolutely amazing. What I love is that it gave everybody a little something different and what they needed the most in this moment. Oh, my. Takeaways were really to look at automation, were to really examine the difference between achievement and accomplishment and recognize that an achievement for one person is an accomplishment for somebody else and vice versa, and neither one of those takes away from how you feel or your relationship about that event or topic. Register, register early, right? From a planning standpoint, we absolutely love it when you make it easy for us to accept you and that you will get something that you need to hear. You will be able to share something that somebody else needs to hear. So if that date works for you, make sure you are in the room.
