Elsa Garcia-Chau: Supporting other women is important to me when I was first diagnosed with heart disease, it was a very scary time and by having other women be there for me to answer questions, to help, give advice to kind of just help me think things through was very valuable. Um, there were many er, visits where I was texting back and forth with other heart sisters. So I wanna be there for others and it's important because we need the help, we need support.
