Speaker: Sara Beattie, Menopause Coach , Sara Beattie Coaching
What made you choose this menopause coaching diploma instead of other options?
Sara Beattie: So I chose the menopause diploma because I was looking for a menopause element to add to my coaching qualifications. Um, I'm already working in that space and just wanted to formalise. What I was doing so that, um, clients would, would understand that I, I have that background. Um, I wanted something that was, Live. I wanted something that was of a high standard, and I love the fact that it's a diploma level and that it's accredited. I love the fact that it has guest speakers, and so I know that I'm getting up to-date information. And I've been following Lauren's work for a while and I love how authentic, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in supporting women in the best way possible that she is. So it seemed like a bit of a no brainer to me.
What specific challenge or uncertainty did you have before enrolling, and how has the training resolved that?
Sara Beattie: So, I was a little bit concerned before I started that I knew there would be some dates I wouldn't be able to make. And all of that was addressed really brilliantly with me before I even started the course. Um, I knew that I would have access to replays, access to the notes, the community chat, and, um, Lauren and her team are, are there to support you and work through any hiccups you may have. So, Knowing there was that safety net, even though I couldn't attend everything in person was just brilliant.
How has this diploma changed your confidence, career, or business results so far?
Sara Beattie: Oh my gosh, my confidence has grown hugely through this diploma, um. I've got so. Many ideas about um how to use this um with existing and yet to be found clients and I'm really excited about up and coming 1 to 1 and group plans, and I've even got ideas for a retreat bubbling away.
What surprised you most about the experience?
Sara Beattie: I've been surprised and delighted by so many elements of this course. Um, going through the plan yourself is such a gift to have time in the middle of your learning to understand how all this will impact your clients. But by going through it personally, you get this wonderful gift of growth in the middle of all this learning. And there's an amazing range of experts who really bring different aspects and elements that I hadn't necessarily considered before to do with menopause. Um, so that's a really wonderful opportunity. And I love, I love the business elements in this. It isn't just about here and stuff. It's, here's this opportunity for you to support women, and these are the ways you might be able to do it. And this is how we can help support you in that. So I love love the fact that it's not just here you are, off you go. um. The team, and particularly Lauren, are really keen to support you, develop your own ideas and take this in your own direction, so you can actually make it work. It's about so much more than the knowledge. And I think the, the personal growth over them. 18 weeks has been massive and so thank you for that.
Who would you recommend this diploma to, and why?
Sara Beattie: I'd recommend this diploma to anyone who is thinking of supporting women in the menopause space on a deeper level than a lunch and learn this is what's happening to your body right now. Um, Anyone who is curious about taking time for their own personal growth, this is a really wonderful opportunity for you, um, Not only do you get this lovely experience of of going through the programme yourself and learning all this amazing stuff. To support future clients, but you're also working with an extraordinary cohort of other interested. Um, women at the same time. So there's this lovely sense of connection in there as well. Um, and it's, it's really is a gift to yourself as much as to any future clients. I can't recommend it enough.
