What made you choose this menopause coaching diploma instead of other options?
What made me choose this menopause coaching diploma instead of other options, I chose this diploma because it wasn't just theory, it was structured, it was evidence informed and it was practical. Um, I wanted a qualification that felt robust, respected and grounded in real practise, having never. Um, undertaken a coaching diploma like this before. I didn't want to simply understand menopause, I wanted to confidently support women navigating hor hormonal shifts with clarity um and and skill. And I feel that. This was the best option for me.
What specific challenge or uncertainty did you have before enrolling, and how has the training resolved that?
Uh, there was a lot of challenge and uncertainty before I booked this course. I think I probably spent about a year weighing the pros and cons. Um, before enrolling, I was at a professional crossroads, um, and I needed certainty that the training would equip me to do this work well. I feel that what I gained was. A clear structure, framework, practical tools, um, and a, a great pathway. For supporting women that I feel now I can confidently implement in my day to day work. That clarity removed doubt and it's really helped me with the direction that I want to go with.
How has this diploma changed your confidence, career, or business results so far?
How has this helped me or changed my confidence and career? This training hasn't. Just expanded my knowledge, it's really strengthened my confidence and it's really solidified my professional identity. It's helped me recognise the depth of impact I can now have supporting women in midlife. I now speak about my work, this work. With far greater conviction and clarity and knowledge as a result of um attending this diploma.
What surprised you most about the experience?
What surprised me most about the experience? Being coached myself actually surprised me the most. Uh, experiencing coaching from the inside deepened now how I managed to hold space for others, um, working alongside like minded women, uh, and creating really great connections and genuine friendships as a result of, um, coaching each other within the cohort. Uh, the cohort were brilliant. Uh, they supported me and they stretched me. Uh, they challenged me, which was fantastic. And Lauren has just been a great steady and generous support throughout this process.
Who would you recommend this diploma to, and why?
Who would I recommend this to and why? I'd recommend it to professionals who wanted more depth and not just a surface level menopause awareness training, um. People from all professions, um, women navigating hormonal shifts who want better understanding and clarity. Um, the why is because it's, it's structured learning, it's a practical application and the community aspect of it has been great. I think anyone that's drawn towards this type of work or towards a deeper understanding of their own transition, this could be a really powerful next step.
