Speaker: Jayne Hill
Jayne Hill: Confidence, 100% confidence. I'm never the loudest voice in the room or the biggest personality, but I am deeply passionate, especially when it comes to people and wellbeing.
What made you choose this menopause coaching diploma instead of other options?
Jayne Hill: I had already completed the menopause champion training with Lauren a few years ago. So I knew straight away that I loved her coaching style and felt really aligned with her passion for women's health and menopause. This diploma is far, far more comprehensive than others out there. Having leading health experts so generously give their time and expertise genuinely sets it apart. What also makes it really special is that Lauren personally speaks to every cohort member before enrollment to check that we're the right fit. And that level of care and connection really does make this diploma invaluable.
What specific challenge or uncertainty did you have before enrolling, and how has the training resolved that?
Jayne Hill: I think my biggest concern was whether I'd be out of my depth. In the first few weeks, my confidence definitely wobbled and because I compared myself with others who've already had coaching or and or medical backgrounds. But luckily the feeling didn't last long. The training really helps you to recognize your own individual strengths and just how invaluable they are. I didn't enroll to start or grow a business. After experiencing a surgical menopause almost 11 years ago now. Which I found incredibly lonely and at times really quite frightening. I wanted to understand menopause better so that I could support other women. I've always championed women and this felt like a very natural next step for me.
How has this diploma changed your confidence, career, or business results so far?
Jayne Hill: Confidence, 100% confidence. I'm never the loudest voice in the room or the biggest personality, but I am deeply passionate, especially when it comes to people and wellbeing. I now feel far more knowledgeable and confident and much better equipped to support women as well as the men in their lives. Menopause touches so many areas of life, physically, emotionally, at work and at home, and the more curious and informed men are about how to support the women they care about during this transition, the better.
What surprised you most about the experience?
Jayne Hill: I honestly thought I knew a lot about menopause, but I've learned so much more. Being part of such an inspiring cohort has genuinely been life changing. And seeing how my own lived experience shapes me as a coach has been fascinating. And my passion for ensuring future generations of women are educated, supported and empowered around menopause has only grown stronger. Menopause coaches can play a really important role in supporting women through this transitional period. And making sure that we know that our best chapters just, it's just starting, there's so much more to come and we're probably the best version of ourselves we've ever been.
Who would you recommend this diploma to, and why?
Jayne Hill: Everything, everything about it. Lauren, her incredible team of experts, my cohort, the level of support, openness, kindness and laughter. Honestly, it really makes this diploma truly special. If you're even wondering whether it might be right for you, I'd say have a conversation with Lauren and explore it further. You genuinely won't regret it.
