What made you choose this menopause coaching diploma instead of other options?
I, I chose the menopause coaching deployment because it was evidence based. Um, it was, er, practical. It gave you a format that has been proven to work for women and, um. The support within the the team and and the cohort is just utterly fantastic. And then the support you get from Lauren afterwards is amazing.
What specific challenge or uncertainty did you have before enrolling, and how has the training resolved that?
I really wanted to support women or I really do want to support women and I wanted to do it in the best and most effective way. Um, I do embodied coaching and that's looking at supporting somebody by themselves, um, but didn't have the specifics about all the challenges that that you can encounter during menopause. So, It was just so wonderful to find a course that has a huge um database of information and is kept concurrent and up to date, so it sits alongside all of the other resources you can access, um. And, um, it, it clarifies all of the different really important lifestyle areas that a woman, um, can look at and can tweak in order to support her journey through this time.
How has this diploma changed your confidence, career, or business results so far?
Completing the diploma with Lauren has increased my confidence in, um, setting up a menopause coaching service. Alongside my embodied coaching, um, as a healthcare professional, it's been incredibly important for me to feel that, um, I'm justified in saying that I have the skills to support, um, women and their families in this, in this complex and, um, Life changing phase of life. Um, I'm really enjoying adding, um, pieces of embodied coaching into the, into the plan, um, with my clients and, um, also really loving celebrating, um, these women's successes on a weekly basis.
What surprised you most about the experience?
Having such a mix of people, um, with different backgrounds, different levels of experience, both personal and professional and life, um. Included within the cohort has been so enriching, um, and seeing everybody develop and settle. Into their skills and their unique styles has again been so uplifting. Um, it's lovely to know that there's somebody for everybody out there and um, The different personalities bring so many different skills and qualities to the overall programme.
