Speaker: Emma Trueman
Emma Trueman: I now feel equipped to have meaningful conversations and offer real value to clients and colleagues in navigating menopause.
What made you choose this menopause coaching diploma instead of other options?
Emma Trueman: I chose the women of a certain stage menopause coaching diploma because it was comprehensive, the sessions were live and that was really important to me, and it had a supportive environment to learn in. The curriculum also stood out because it was detailed and an evidence-based approach, and I loved that it was designed to bring in experts like doctors and other specialists um to give different points of view and really make a difference to learning.
What specific challenge or uncertainty did you have before enrolling, and how has the training resolved that?
Emma Trueman: As menopause can be so multifaceted, physically, emotionally, socially, I wanted to make sure that I had the right tools and understanding to be able to support women in this challenging time of life. And this training really gave me a solid foundation, practical strategies, and a supportive community that made learning both enjoyable and empowering.
How has this diploma changed your confidence, career, or business results so far?
Emma Trueman: I now feel equipped to have meaningful conversations and offer real value to clients and colleagues in navigating menopause. Professionally, it's opened up new opportunities and given me confidence to explore how I can work not only one on one but in group situations and also in the community.
What surprised you most about the experience?
Emma Trueman: Honestly, how much I actually enjoyed it. I expected it to be informative and I expected to learn, but I didn't anticipate how engaging and uplifting the journey would be across the time of the course. Um, the community and the way it was delivered really made it feel like more than just a course. It was really more personal and a professional growth experience. And when we finished, I really felt quite emotional that we'd finished our weekly sessions.
Who would you recommend this diploma to, and why?
Emma Trueman: I'd recommend this diploma to anyone who works with women in midlife, whether you're a coach, a HR professional, a healthcare provider, or simply someone who's passionate about supporting women. It's a great thing to do.
