Emma Louise Stronell : And fast forward to now I'm talking on camera. I've attended a podcast, I'm putting myself out there on social media.

What made you choose this menopause coaching diploma instead of other options?

Emma Louise Stronell : So I came across the women of a certain stage menopause coaching diploma on social media. I clicked on and joined the 3 day free event, and I knew instantly, as soon as I watched that, that this was the right course for me, it just came across as so professional. How it was presented, how Lauren came across her passion and her enthusiasm for what she does just shone through, and I knew straight away. I booked on to a discovery call, and I think once I'd had that chat with Lauren, I just knew that the course was for me and it was something that that I wanted to do.

What specific challenge or uncertainty did you have before enrolling, and how has the training resolved that?

Emma Louise Stronell : Coming from a fashion retail leadership background, I wasn't sure if it was right for me. I wasn't sure if it was aimed more at medical professionals or from corporate. I'd spent 25+ years on shop floors managing sales teams. I just wasn't sure if it was the right environment for me. If my knowledge and my skills were the right fit, but as soon as we started the process, I realised that the course is for everyone and the confidence that I've gained from doing it in my own skills and my own ability has been second to none.

How has this diploma changed your confidence, career, or business results so far?

Emma Louise Stronell : So certainly for me my biggest change has been in my confidence. I think one of the first sessions that we did, I really struggled to talk on camera. I couldn't get my words out, I didn't know what to say and fast forward to now I'm talking on camera. I've attended a podcast, I'm putting myself out there on social media. I just think it's had a huge uplift in my confidence both personally and professionally.

What surprised you most about the experience?

Emma Louise Stronell : What really surprised me the most about the course and the sessions that we had was how simple it was. Nothing was over complicated, everything was really easy and there was a great support network there from Lauren and the and the guys in the team. Nothing was a stupid question and I think working with the other women. On the calls every week, it was just a, a really valuable experience for me, the things that I've learned and from listening to other people and other people's ideas and other people's understanding of menopause is, is so different and for me that that was just a real surprise. I didn't think I would get as much out of it as I actually did.

Who would you recommend this diploma to, and why?

Emma Louise Stronell : I definitely recommend this course to anyone that wants to bring menopause into their business, regardless of of what background you've come from. Lauren's passion and her enthusiasm, it's contagious and she really wants the best for all of our graduates. She just really wants you to get as much as you can out of the experience.
