What made you choose this menopause coaching diploma instead of other options?

Elli Bliss: The thing that made me choose this course was the fact that it was live, there was community and it was evidence based. Meeting with Lauren prior to that really gave me a scope for just how holistic this course was, and the fact that we had different professionals from the field coming in to give us a real understanding and grounding of just the different elements that come under menopause coaching. And the community has just been so fantastic and probably one of the bigger elements now how I've gone through it that I'm really pleased that we, that we had.

What specific challenge or uncertainty did you have before enrolling, and how has the training resolved that?

Elli Bliss: The challenges that I had before enrolling with the courses, I just did not have any coaching skills at all. So I think the fact that there was, we went through the course and we were coached and then we got to practise coaching, plus all the materials that come along with it and the fact that we can ask questions in the community has really helped me develop those skills and really get ready to go out there into the big wide world and start being a coach.

How has this diploma changed your confidence, career, or business results so far?

Elli Bliss: I don't even know where to start with how this diploma has changed my life because. Although I'm perimenopausal myself, the stuff I have personally taken from this course has been life changing, and I really don't say that lightly, but my whole mindset has changed, it's given me real focus and drive. It's helped me really understand and connect to my own body, which. I don't know why I wasn't expecting it, but it has dramatically for the better, and also from the business side of things, I knew I really wanted to be a coach, but having those practise clients has really built my confidence and I've loved every moment of it. I've just so enjoyed watching people really connect to themselves and like own their own menopause journey.

What surprised you most about the experience?

Elli Bliss: The thing that surprised me most about this is the connections that I've made the community. I have really enjoyed being surrounded by a group of absolutely phenomenal women who everyone's on a different path, everyone's at a different stage of their kind of journey, but the, the theme, the golden thread through it all is everyone is there to see women succeed in this space. And like there's just been some really magical moments when we've been like doing the practise, practise on each other. And it's not just UK like we've made connections globally and I'm so excited to see where that takes us for the next 12 months and beyond.

Who would you recommend this diploma to, and why?

Elli Bliss: I would recommend this course to anyone who is looking at doing coaching through a feminine lens. So whether you are already a coach, but you want to kind of add that kind of scope to your toolkit or if you are interested in working with women or people who will be going through the menopause, it really adds something to have that knowledge in your back pocket. And think differently to perhaps how traditional coaching, might think, given that you're really understanding kind of that transition of life and what's happening through that transition, how it might look and how bodies might change, and I, and I think it can really empower, people going through the menopause to really have that lens.
