What made you choose this menopause coaching diploma instead of other options?
Dianna Aneyci: Hi, my name is Diana Aneyci, and I have just completed the 18-week menopause coaching diploma program with Lauren Chiren. And the question is, what made me choose this program? Instead of other options. The number one reason was that the program offered in-person learning. Lauren expects the people that sign up for this program to show up to at least 12. Of the sessions out of the 18 sessions, so I knew that. I would be in a program that offered. The kind of learning environment and personal interaction that I need. Um, I would not have done well on a program, and many of the programs were very self-regulated ones. I probably would have never finished one of those on my own. So that is the number one reason why I chose this program.
What specific challenge or uncertainty did you have before enrolling, and how has the training resolved that?
Dianna Aneyci: All right, the next question is what specific challenge or uncertainty did I have before enrolling? And how has the training resolved that? I, I think. The biggest challenge uncertainty really was myself. And wondering if I would follow through with. Um, getting up that early in the morning. Um, the program is based in the UK and I live in the United States, so the time difference is pretty big, um, but. It was worth getting up at 5 something in the morning and showing up every morning, every Friday morning. I did it. That was my biggest uncertainty is would I do it? Um, thankfully I did. Um, and how was the training resolved that, um. I kept showing up and I was motivated to keep showing up cause that's how good it was.
How has this diploma changed your confidence, career, or business results so far?
Dianna Aneyci: OK, the next question. How has this diploma changed your confidence, career, or business results so far? Um, I would say the program has changed probably my career path because of what I in doing the program, I figured out exactly what I wanted to do. Um, and. It did give me more um direction for sure.
What surprised you most about the experience?
Dianna Aneyci: OK, the next question is, what surprised me most about the experience? What surprised me most about the experience was learning that menopause coaching was not what I expected it to be. I expected it to be more of a mentoring and educational role. And probably the other thing that surprised me most was that Lauren turned out to be more genuine. More supportive and more inspiring than I could have ever imagined.
Who would you recommend this diploma to, and why?
Dianna Aneyci: OK, next question is who would I recommend this diploma program to and why? I would recommend this program to any person that is seriously. Passionate about wanting to help other women navigate through their journey. With menopause and why because the program is excellent, it. Has excellent leadership. It's organized very well. And the support that you're given from Lauren and the other cohorts that are. And the program with you is. So invaluable and that's why.
